Schoolyard Tavern is a Chicago institution, situated conveniently in the Lakeview area, on Southport Avenue at School Street. When we think of this bar, we automatically think of their wood accents and comfortable seating, plus way over a dozen flat screen TVs that always pipe in the latest images from the big game while you're there. The menu has a lot of unique options including tilapia sandwiches, baja fish tacos, and an incredible skillet cookie sundae that is possibly one of the best desserts we've ever tasted.
